1. General
These terms govern the relationship between Mireya (hereinafter "the Merchant") and any natural or legal person placing a bouquet order through the mireya.bg website.
2. Orders
Orders are placed through the checkout form on the website. After receiving an order, our manager will contact you in the chosen messenger (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) to confirm the details and send a payment link.
3. Payment
There is no online payment on the website. The payment link is sent by our manager after the order is confirmed. Accepted methods: bank card (via secure link), bank transfer. Payment is made before delivery.
4. Delivery
We deliver in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas. Often same-day — the exact time is confirmed by our manager after the order and depends on the time of order, the city and current workload.
5. Right of withdrawal and exchange
Due to the perishable nature of the goods (live flowers), the right of withdrawal does not apply after delivery, under Art. 57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. If there is a quality issue at the moment of delivery, contact us within 2 hours and we will find a solution (exchange or refund).
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, together with any legal relations arising from the use of the mireya.bg website and the goods and services ordered through it, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian court at the seat of the merchant.
