Bouquets
How fast do you deliver?+
We often deliver same day to Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas. Our manager confirms the exact slot after your order.
How do I pay?+
Payment is confirmed by a manager — we send a secure payment link over WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram. No online payment before contact.
Can you make a custom bouquet?+
Yes. Send us a reference (Pinterest, photo) and a budget on WhatsApp/Viber/Telegram — our florists will propose a variant.
Is freshness guaranteed?+
We guarantee fresh flowers at delivery. If something is off, write the same day — we will resolve it.
Do you deliver to other cities?+
Currently Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas. For other locations — write to us, we will check options.
Delivery
What does delivery cost?+
From EUR 5 (nearby) to EUR 15 (far zone). The exact amount appears at the final step.
What hours do you deliver?+
Daily 09:00–21:00. If your order arrives late for same-day — we schedule the nearest available slot and confirm with you.
What if the recipient does not answer?+
Courier calls 2–3 times. If nobody answers — we leave a message and agree a retry with you.
Do you deliver on Sundays/holidays?+
Yes, every day. For peak holidays (8 March, 14 February) we recommend ordering ahead.
Is delivery free above a certain amount?+
For orders above EUR 100 in Sofia — free. Other cities — based on the zone.

Do you have a physical office?+
Yes — our main office is in Burgas, Slaveykov 80. In Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna we operate delivery-only — no physical premises for customers.
