What's covered
- Flowers wilting within 48 hours of delivery without visible cause.
- A defective bouquet at the moment of delivery — broken stem, damaged wrap, wrong count.
- A mismatch with the catalogue photo beyond a reasonable variation.
What we need from you
- A photo of the bouquet within 48 hours of delivery.
- A short description of the problem — what you see, when you noticed.
- A contact for a quick reply (WhatsApp / Viber / Telegram).
Not covered
- Customer-side damage — dropped vase, forgotten water, direct sunlight.
- Flowers left without water for more than 2 days.
- Subjective colour shade outside what's shown in photos.
