Mireya is a floral boutique with stores in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas. The mireya.bg website processes your personal data as a controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

- Contacting you in the chosen messenger

4. Retention period
Order data is kept for 3 years (for accounting and tax purposes). Technical web analytics data — up to 26 months.

6. Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies — for the cart, language settings, login and remembering your cookie choice. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. You can manage cookies via your browser settings.
7. Bouquet recipient data
When you place an order we process the recipient's data (name, phone, delivery address) on the legal basis of Art. 6.1.b GDPR — performance of a delivery contract. The orderer confirms by ticking the consent box at checkout that they have the recipient's permission to share that data with us. Additionally (under legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f) we retain the recipient's preferences and bouquet history so we can offer better service on future orders.
We keep customer and recipient data for as long as it's needed to provide our service and to improve quality. To request deletion, write to info@mireya.bg — we will anonymise your information within 30 days (financial fields on order records are kept for 7 years in anonymised form as required by BG accounting law).
